

Born in Belgium, but a resident in South Africa for over 20 years, Kristin attended culinary school after completing her high school education. Here she started her cooking career, later putting learning into practice all over the world. Kristin has worked for several large organisations, spanning several countries, where she has strived to ensure fresh, original menus, which are not only healthy, but tasty!
In 2015, Kristin started Little Chef, catering for small and large functions where she specialised in the unique and individual styles of her clients. She strives for excellence and quality in every dish, priding herself in her presentation and flavour.
Kristin has a separate kitchen, and goods can be purchased through delivery or collection at 20 Dagbreek Street, Onderpapegaaiberg.
She works alongside her spirited and enthusiastic colleague Ann, who has been working with Kristin for over 20 years.
Kristin understands the pressures on mothers to work full-time, take care of the home and children, do the school run, and ensure that dinner is ready, fresh, and tasteful - every day. In addition, Kristin also knows how important it is for students to eat healthy and fresh meals while they are away from home. With this in mind, Kristin has created her fresh and delicious frozen meal menu.
